Aloe Vera Saft

ich nehme seit ca. 2 Jahren Aloe Vera Saft. 40 ml am Tag. Aloe soll ja für alles gut sein. Ich habe das Gefühl das es mir seit dem ein wenig besser geht. das kann allerdings auch einbildung bzw wunschdenken sein.
wollte das hier einfach nur mal berichten.
hat jemand damit auch erfahrung?
